HONESDALE, PA — May 25, 2001 – The third annual Delaware Grand Slam Canoe Series has three races remaining this spring and summer on the river:

Sept. 15 Bushkill, Pa. Shawnee, Pa 13
The entry fee is $15 per person per race, free to participants in the adult/youth category who are 14 and under.
The first 50 registrants will receive a free tee-shirt and a free meal.
There will be music and festivities at the end of each race.
Pre-race meeting time is at 10:45 a.m., with the starting time for all races at 11 a.m. All entrants must be present and registered by meeting time. Coast guard approved life jackets must be in canoe or disqualification will occur.
