Margaret Henry, 73
Sept. 9, 1937 - Sept. 15, 2010

Margaret Henry of Goodyear Lake passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at her residence, surrounded by her family. She was 73.
Margaret was born on September 9, 1937 in New York City, NY, the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Lena (Jaeger) Rothacker. She graduated from the Jeffersonville High School in 1955. On August 24, 1958, Margaret was married to Arthur Henry in Jeffersonville, New York.
Margaret was the life line coordinator for the A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital. Prior to moving to Goodyear Lake in 1991, she was a bookkeeper for Van Etten Oil Company in Monticello, NY. She attended the Milford Center Community Bible Church.
She was very involved in the community and local organizations, serving as the Co-President of the A.O. Fox Hospital Auxiliary and was the Chairman of its Fund Development Committee for many years. Margaret also served in different capacities as an A.O. Fox Hospital Volunteer.  She was a member of the Goodyear Lake Association and served on its Board of Directors, and was a former member of Beta Sigma Phi, an international service sorority.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 52 years, Arthur Henry of Goodyear Lake; her daughter, Donna Schultes and her husband Harley of Goodyear Lake; her son, Kyle C. Henry of Liberty; her four grandchildren, Philip and Rachel Schultes of Goodyear Lake, and Calvin and Ryan Henry of Liberty; and several cousins.
Friends may call on Monday, September 20, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Lester R. Grummons Funeral Home, 14 Grand Street, Oneonta at which time the family will be in attendance.
A funeral service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21 in the Milford Center Community Bible Church, 2582 State Hwy 28, Milford Center, with the Rev. Stephen D. Fournier, pastor, officiating. 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret’s name to the A.O. Fox Hospital Auxiliary, 1 Norton Avenue, Oneonta, NY 13820.

Frank Snyder, 60
Nov. 19, 1949 - Sept. 15, 2010

Frank Snyder of Long Eddy, a lifetime area resident, died Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at his home. He was 60.
The son of Rosella Zeininger and the late Frank Snyder, he was born November 19, 1949 in Long Eddy.
He is survived by his mother, Rosella Zeininger, of Liberty; one daughter, Sharon Pearce; five brothers, Larry Wilson of Ferndale, Terry Wilson of North Branch, Daniel Wilson of Ferndale, Barry Wilson of Swan Lake, and Richard Snyder of Long Eddy; a special nephew, Harold Wilson of North Branch; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 19 at the Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Callicoon.
