George Robert Kent

George Robert “Bob” Kent, a longtime resident of Narrowsburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 28, 2009. He was 62.
The son of Lucille Kent and the late George Francis Kent, he was born September 4, 1946.
He loved to fish, hunt and ride his motorcycle.
He will forever be loved and remembered by his mother, Lucille Kent; his sister, Kathleen Caraccia and her husband Joe; his brothers, Greg Kent and his wife Rebecca, and Chris Kent and his wife Lisa; his children, George Robert Kent Jr., Mark Kent, Kathleen Van Wagner, and Jennifer Mitchell, Steven Kent and Joey Kent; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on March 1, 2009 at the Martin A. Gleason Funeral Home.
A memorial will be held later on this year.
A family statement reads, “Bob is at peace in the great outdoors.”
His family would like to thank all those who helped take care of him and made his last days peaceful ones.
