Robert Sherwood Jr., formerly of Liberty, died peacefully at his home in Thornton, Colorado. “Bob” graduated from Liberty High School in ‘67 and attended Northern Michigan University.
Bob is preceeded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Pearl (Muzuruk) Sherwood.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Lindsley, son Donald Sherwood of Thornton, Co., daughter Jessica Lundberg of Pueblo, Co., and grandchildren Robert and Kelly Lundberg. He is also survived by brother Donald Sherwood (Kirsten) of Ferndale and sister Rosetta Austin (Lemuel) of Loch Sheldrake, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Bob loved to play golf, watch sports and listen to classic rock and roll. He enjoyed good food and laughing and visiting with friends and family. A Celebration of Life is planned for Nov. 16th, at a golf club near his home in Colorado. Bob was a big man, with a big laugh. He will be greatly missed.
