With the win, L&B Tack improved its record to 8-5 this season.
In the top of the fifth, a two-out single by Robin DeMarmels allowed to Lori Froehlich to score and give L&B Tack a 2-1 advantage.
Later in the inning, Liz Stubits singled to right field. Jeanni Montalto and DeMarmels both crossed home plate on Stubits’ base hit.
L&B Tack added four runs in the sixth.

Froehlich then hit a ground ball to shortstop. Dalrymple was forced out at third base, but Smith moved to second base and Froehlich reached first.
