June 7, 2013 When David Jones died earlier this week, I really didn't know who he was. That's because I only knew him as Deacon Jones. And he was part of the Fearsome Foursome. Two of the great sports nicknames ever. It got me thinking about other players who had legendary nicknames and others who I might not be able to tell you their real names.
