Sullivan County sends 12 to Exceptional Senior Game

NEWBURGH — November 12, 2013 — Twelve Sullivan County seniors were selected to play in the Exceptional Senior Football game tomorrow at Newburgh High School. Game time is 11 a.m.
The representative players are: offensive linemen Cody Franskevicz (Sullivan West), Julius Graves (Liberty), Kevin Brannigan (Liberty) and Alberto Hernandez (Tri-Valley); wide receivers Zach O’Connor (Sullivan West), Terry Duncan (Monticello) and Nik Dilles (Eldred); running back Brad Dreher (Roscoe); quarterback Quinn Jackson (Liberty); defensive backs Liam Fogarty (Roscoe) and John Harned (Monticello); linebacker Julian Gottlieb (Eldred).
Players were picked based on nominations from Section 9 coaches.
There have been organized practices the past two days as well as today in preparation for the game, which will be played with no blitzing.
